We coordinate with physicians at PIH Health Whittier Hospital, PIH Health Hospital – Downey, and Los Angeles Community Hospital at Norwalk. For patients coming home with an open wound, we work with discharge planners so nothing lapses between the last hospital dressing change and the first one at home.
